Meet Our Founders

Luke McGrath

Director & Pharmacist

Luke McGrath is a registered Pharmacist and has been conducting Independent insurer medication reviews for 6 years. His Pharmacy experience has also included Pharmacy ownership, Aged Care Pharmacy and work for a major drug manufacturer with a focus in pain treatment. Luke began creating IMM in 2020 as his experience led him to feel that Pharmacists were underutilised and needed more practical input in patient treatment and recovery.

Taylor Proberts

Director

After progressing through the ranks at a leading Medico-legal provider, Taylor was tasked with managing the first Independent Pharmacy Review company within the personal injury space. With over 10 years’ experience working with independent providers, Taylor was best placed to make IMM a reality. Taylor joined IMM to bring new and innovative ideas to market, to improve practices and outcomes for Australian injured people and insurers.
